Refund policy

At Filoteso, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund terms carefully before placing an order.

• The prepaid orders are not eligible to cancel. If required, the refund will be credited in the wallet.
• Return or Exchange is allowed only once per order. In the case of return or exchange, the reverse pickup and logistic charges of Rs150 will be borne by the customer as we don't charge the return logistics in our cost.
• Second time returns or exchanges are sadly not possible.
• COD charges are non-refundable.
• Orders placed using the store credit/wallet balance are not eligible for the return & exchange due to already placed against the previously return/exchange order.

Damaged or Wrong Item Received If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos. Once verified, we will offer a free replacement.

Order Cancellation Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as they have not yet been shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but our standard return policy will apply after delivery.

Address Responsibility Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order. Filoteso is not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Additional charges for reshipment due to address errors may apply.
